Together with our PPA partner, we successfully delivered a challenging tenant electricity project in Bad Vilbel. The new-build development required close coordination between our project management team and all trades involved. Additional challenges arose from the use of a mobile construction crane, making precise planning and seamless execution essential.

The implemented tenant electricity model enables residents to use the solar power generated on the building's rooftops directly on site. This allows them to benefit from a sustainable and climate-friendly energy supply with minimal transmission distances.
