Together with our partner empact, we have successfully implemented a pioneering tenant electricity model in Heidelberg. A newly installed photovoltaic system now reliably supplies 13 buildings with sustainably generated energy – produced directly on site and used immediately by the residents.

Despite complex logistical conditions, we were able to complete the project on schedule. The result impressively demonstrates how modern and sustainable neighborhood energy supply can already be designed today.
